Cookie Policy
My Little Taxi uses limited browser storage and third-party website services to operate the website and, when you give permission, to understand how visitors use it.
Google Analytics is disabled by default. It is loaded only after you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner. You can reject analytics and continue using the website.
What are cookies and browser storage?
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website or third-party service may store in your browser. Websites can also use browser storage, such as localStorage, to remember settings without using a traditional cookie.
My Little Taxi uses browser storage to remember your analytics preference.
Your cookie preference
When you choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics, the website stores your choice in your browser under:
mlt-cookie-consent
The stored value is either accepted or declined.
This allows the website to remember your analytics choice when you visit another page.
Google Analytics
My Little Taxi uses Google Analytics to understand general website usage after a visitor gives permission.
Google Analytics is off until you select Accept analytics.
If you reject analytics, the website does not load Google Analytics and attempts to remove existing Google Analytics cookies beginning with _ga.
When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may use cookies including _ga and a property-specific _ga_... cookie. The exact cookie behaviour and duration are controlled by Google Analytics and its configuration, so we do not state a fixed retention period here.
Other third-party website services
The website also uses third-party services for particular features.
Some booking fields use Google Maps/Places to help you enter or select locations. The service loads when you interact with a relevant location field.
The homepage may display customer reviews through a Trustindex review widget.
These services are separate from Google Analytics. Choosing Reject analytics controls Google Analytics but does not disable these website features.
Third-party services may operate according to their own technical and privacy practices. My Little Taxi does not state specific cookie names or retention periods for these services unless they can be verified from the implementation or provider information.
Advertising and marketing cookies
My Little Taxi does not currently use advertising or remarketing technologies such as Meta Pixel in the Astro website implementation.
How to accept or reject analytics
When the cookie banner appears, choose either Accept analytics or Reject analytics.
Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the main website or contacting My Little Taxi.
How to change your choice
You can reopen the cookie choices at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer.
The Cookie settings control reopens the consent banner so you can change your analytics preference.
Browser controls
Your browser may also allow you to view, block or remove cookies and clear local browser storage.
Changing browser settings or clearing website data may remove the saved My Little Taxi analytics preference, in which case the cookie banner may appear again.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
This policy may be updated when the website's analytics, consent tools or third-party services change.
The policy should describe the website features actually in use rather than services that are only planned.
