My Little Taxi is a small, Kuala Lumpur-based private transport service operated by Anuar, a licensed Malaysian taxi driver with a background in customer service and tourism.
We help international visitors, couples, families and small groups arrange private road journeys around Peninsular Malaysia. Every journey is planned around the agreed pickup, destination, travel time and passengers, with the arrangements confirmed before travel.
Our approach is simple: clear communication, practical local knowledge and Malaysian hospitality throughout your journey.
The person behind the service
Anuar is the licensed taxi driver and customer-facing operator behind My Little Taxi. He normally drives the bookings himself, although another suitable licensed taxi driver may be assigned when necessary, subject to availability and the agreed arrangements.
His experience in customer service, restaurant management, staff training and Malaysian tourism has shaped how he works with travellers today.
For visitors unfamiliar with Malaysia, even a straightforward road journey can bring questions about departure times, hotel pickups, luggage or onward connections. Anuar's approach is to help travellers understand these details before setting off.
My Little Taxi is not a large taxi fleet or an automated booking platform. It is a small private transport service built around personal communication and pre-arranged journeys.
Experience built around people
Anuar's professional background began long before My Little Taxi. His experience working with people, managing operations and helping international visitors has influenced the way the service operates today.
While waiting for his examination results in 1989, Anuar took a part-time job as a cook in a fast-food restaurant.
Working in a busy restaurant introduced him to customer service and teamwork. It was also where he discovered that he enjoyed meeting and communicating with people.
By 1995, Anuar had become a restaurant manager, managing a training outlet where new managers learned daily operations and standard operating procedures.
The work involved training people, explaining procedures, solving problems and managing daily operations. Those experiences helped develop the communication and organisational skills he continues to use today.
In 2008, Anuar entered Malaysia's tourism industry.
Working with international visitors gave him a better understanding of how travellers experience Malaysia, including the practical challenges of visiting unfamiliar places and travelling between destinations.
That experience now forms an important part of the approach behind My Little Taxi.
Our approach
For many visitors, travelling through Malaysia is about more than reaching the next hotel or attraction. The road journey is part of the experience.
We believe good Malaysian hospitality begins with listening to what travellers need.
Some visitors already have their journey planned. Others need help deciding when to leave, where the driver should meet them or how to arrange transport between several destinations.
We help with the road-travel details that matter to your plans, so you know what has been arranged before the journey begins.

How we operate
My Little Taxi provides pre-arranged private transport for one private group at a time. You do not share your booking with unrelated passengers.
Our normal taxi is a Toyota Innova MPV. Passenger numbers, luggage and any child-seat requirements are checked before confirming that the arrangement is suitable.
Journeys are handled by licensed taxi drivers under an authorised commercial taxi operating and insurance arrangement. Anuar normally drives, but another suitable licensed taxi driver may handle your booking when required.
We are based in Kuala Lumpur and arrange suitable journeys across Peninsular Malaysia, subject to availability and the confirmed booking details.
What we provide
My Little Taxi provides private intercity transfers, airport transfers, day trips, Kuala Lumpur sightseeing, cruise and layover excursions, custom multi-day tours, and meeting or site transport.
