How do I book with My Little Taxi?
Choose a listed route or custom destination, fill in your travel details and send the prepared booking request on WhatsApp. We will check availability and confirm the final details before the booking is accepted.
What details should I send for a quotation?
Please send your travel date, pickup location, drop-off destination, pickup time or flight arrival time, number of passengers, luggage details, child seat request and any planned stops or important timing.
Can I book an airport pickup from KLIA?
Yes. Please send the airport name, terminal, flight number, arrival date and time, and your final destination. Airport pickup includes up to 1.5 hours waiting from the flight's actual landing time.
Can I request a stop on the way?
Yes, you can request planned stops or sightseeing stops. Please mention them before we quote because stopovers may affect route planning, timing and price.
Will my luggage fit?
Normal capacity is up to 4 adults with 4 check-in suitcases plus 2 hand-luggage bags, subject to actual luggage size. Please mention oversized luggage, stroller or mobility equipment before booking.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, please mention any child seat or booster request when you send your booking details so we can check availability before confirming the journey.
Can my journey start outside Kuala Lumpur?
Some journeys can start outside Kuala Lumpur, depending on the pickup location, destination and schedule. Please send the full pickup location so we can check.
Do I pay online or to the driver?
Payment options are confirmed before booking. Cash is preferred where practical, especially for international bookings, because cross-border card and PayPal payments may involve higher processing fees.
