Your confirmed quotation normally includes the licensed driver, taxi vehicle, fuel, road tolls, agreed pickup and drop-off, and normal short rest or toilet stops during longer journeys.

Planned sightseeing stops, extended waiting, additional pickup or drop-off locations, parking, ferry tickets, entrance tickets or major route changes are not included unless they are agreed in the quotation.

The service is private for your group only. You do not share the taxi with unrelated passengers, and the journey is planned around your agreed pickup, drop-off, passenger count and luggage.

Yes. Airport pickup can be arranged from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1, KLIA Terminal 2 and Subang Airport for suitable journeys.

For KLIA pickups, please send the airline, flight number, arrival date, arrival time, terminal and passenger contact number before travel.

For KLIA airport pickups, up to 90 minutes of waiting is included from the flight's actual landing time. Please send the correct flight details before travel so the pickup can be planned around your arrival.

If there is a long delay, diversion, cancellation, rebooked flight or terminal change, please update us as soon as possible. Any additional waiting or revised pickup arrangement will be handled based on the confirmed booking details.

The Toyota Innova MPV normally accommodates up to 4 adults with up to 4 check-in suitcases and 2 hand-luggage bags, subject to actual bag sizes and passenger arrangement.

Child seats, strollers, mobility equipment or oversized luggage can reduce the available space, so please tell us what you are bringing before booking.

Normal short toilet or rest stops can be made on longer journeys.

Planned sightseeing stops, detours, extra pickups or extra drop-offs should be requested before the booking is confirmed because they may affect journey time or price.

Cash is the standard payment method for normal transfers, airport transfers, day trips, cruise and layover excursions, and meeting or site transport. The agreed cash amount is paid directly to the driver before the journey starts.

Drivers do not carry a credit-card terminal. If you prefer to pay by credit card, this can be arranged in advance. An additional card-processing charge may apply and will be confirmed before payment.

Custom multi-day tours use a separate payment structure. A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve the agreed travel dates, with the remaining balance paid before the first day's journey starts.

Yes. An ISOFIX baby seat or booster seat may be provided free of charge when requested in advance, subject to availability.

Please tell us your child's age when enquiring. A child seat or stroller may reduce the available luggage space.

Send your pickup location, destination, travel date, passenger count and luggage details. We can check whether the journey is suitable and reply with the available option before you book.

Although My Little Taxi is based in Kuala Lumpur, selected journeys from or to Penang and Cameron Highlands may also be checked by quotation through our trusted local driver partners.

For island connections, we may be able to help with road transfers to mainland ferry terminals such as Kuala Besut Jetty or Merang Jetty, subject to route suitability, passenger and luggage suitability, driver availability and the confirmed quotation. Ferry or boat tickets are separate unless they are clearly included in your quotation.
